About Us
Treasure Cay Condominium is a luxury condominium complete with privacy, amenities, and security. It is located on an island east of the city of Marathon in an area called Coco Plum. It’s approximately an hour northeast of Key West and 2 hours southwest of Miami right in the heart of the Florida Keys.
The condominium consists of 12 residential suite-like units owned by adult residents who appreciate the tranquil, tropical life, and year-round sunshine and warm breezes.
Our Property
Our approximate 3-acre property is large enough to allow a spacious feeling while it has plenty of space for our many condo amenities.
