Treasure Cay Condominium is a luxury condominium complete with privacy, amenities, and security. It is located on an island east of the city of Marathon in an area called Coco Plum. It’s approximately an hour northeast of Key West and 2 hours southwest of Miami right in the heart of the Florida Keys.

The condominium consists of 12 residential suite-like units owned by adult residents who appreciate the tranquil, tropical life, and year-round sunshine and warm breezes. Our Condominium Association is active, self-governing, and effective in maintaining the high standards and quality of life our owners enjoy and deserve. Our units are enjoyed by owners both seasonally and year-round. This contributes to a warm, neighborly climate with people watching out for each other.
